About us
In 2002, Refline was created in response to a real challenge:
While working in recruiting, our founder realized that many steps in the process were still manual, tedious, and inefficient. She wondered: Why can't recruitment be easier - and digital?
With that question in mind, Refline was founded - with the goal of simplifying and digitizing recruitment processes without losing sight of the human connection. Since then, we've grown - from a small independent software provider in Muri (AG) to a trusted solution partner for organisations across Switzerland. After being temporarily integrated into Abraxas Informatik AG, Refline returned to independence in 2020 through a management buyout.
Today, we're proud to support hundreds of organisations with secure, intuitive and reliable e-recruiting solutions. What drives us hasn't changed since day one: combining technological expertise with genuine proximity to our clients - making recruitment simpler, smarter, and more human.
